Founded in 1870 on the principles of academic excellence, spreading the widest influence for good, and helping our members become their best selves, Kappa Alpha Theta is the first Greek-letter fraternity for women. Please visit our campus’s Panhellenic website for more information regarding the recruitment process and to register for primary recruitment. Our chapter is so excited to meet all potential new members (PNMs) throughout the primary recruitment process and cannot wait to welcome a new member class this year!
Involvement in fraternity/sorority life provides students with a wide variety of opportunities to develop leadership skills, achieve academically, and increase involvement in the community through various service and fundraising activities. Additionally, fraternity/sorority membership can help make the transition to college smoother and more enjoyable for students by providing a support system found through the camaraderie of the fraternity/sorority community.
